What We Collect

The free assessment asks about your move and what you own, in general terms. It doesn't ask for your name, account numbers, or amounts. Your answers are used to show your result in your browser and are not stored on our servers unless you choose to send yourself a copy.

If you enter an email address, we use it to send your result and, if you ask, to follow up about a package. If you upload a document, we use it only to prepare a quote. If you request a package, we collect your name, email, and the details you give us.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell or share your information. We don't run advertising trackers. We don't add you to a newsletter. We don't use your assessment answers for anything other than showing you your result.

Paid Work

Paid assessments are handled through a secure client portal with its own privacy terms, which you'll see before uploading anything. Documents you upload there are used only to prepare your assessment and are retained as required by professional standards.

Your Rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Write to privacy@goinbound.ai.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions (email, uploads, package requests) are processed by Netlify Forms and stored in our account there.
